It is always nice to hear that she appreciates what I do.

Caroline and I met through mutual friends who are both chefs as well. One day, Jake told Caroline she has to meet this guy (me), and we hit it off.
I have never let the planning of our marriage affect my work. When I’m at work, it’s about work. When I am at home, I make Caroline the focus.
I wasn’t nervous about running the restaurant at all when Blythe was gone. I had run the kitchen for 9 months before she became executive chef. I was fully confident in my staff and that everything would run smoothly. When Blythe was at the wedding, we went about our business.
It made me happy to know that Blythe knew that I did and do a good job. It is always nice to hear that she appreciates what I do.

what's with all the huskers stuff i seen on and around u eric? r u from nebraska?
Tried watching the show twice, and that's enough. Blythe's menu is juvenile and uninspired. I thought 2 stars for her food was more than fair, and I agreed with the critic. Your skills and great attitude as a Sous Chef, on the other hand, are admirable! I won't be watching anymore, but i hope to see you on a 'real' cooking show someday soon!
You seem to take everything in stride and that works really well in the kitchen. Would love to have some of your sauce recipes (hint) :)
Hey Eric, I think you're a pretty cool and laid back dude. I would LOVE to taste your (and Blythe's) cooking; perhaps one day when I'm in the area. Kudos to you on handling the restaurant in Blythe's absence. Felt good to be in charge, didn't it? Nonetheless, congrats to you and Caroline. You both make a good looking couple. Have an awesome wedding and may it last forever!!
You seem like a really sincere, hardworking person. As the 214 second in command, what hours do you normally work? As an aside, nice to meet your fiance and congrats to you both.
